Best self help podcast.

I've struggled with anxiety and childhood trauma for yearssss. I recently discovered Laura's work and have been working closely with my own trauma coach. Laura's podcast is amazing. Her topics are right on par. She breaks down every little bit of information and truly relates to you. I love her calm peaceful energy and Christ driven positive perspective. I recommend this to all of my peers struggling with doubt, trauma, anxiety or depression.
